The psychologist, exercising professional judgment, retains the right to decline care for various reasons, including situations where providing care would be medically or ethically inappropriate.

You confirm that you have reviewed and comprehended our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy and do not dissent from them. Furthermore, you agree to hold the involved psychologists and all related parties harmless and indemnified.

Nepcare places high importance on your privacy. Our Privacy Policy pertains to both our website and services, accessible through the Site. Via our Services, medical professionals can offer healthcare services to their clients and patients through our app. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and disclose information obtained from visitors to our Site and users of our Services.

Certified clinical psychologists are available, and users can select their preferred psychologist. Subsequently, we reach out to users using the provided contact details for further arrangements.

Regarding the information collected during mental health bookings, users are asked to specify the type of therapy they seek (e.g., individual, couple, teen). Details collected include name, age, phone number, preferred clinical psychologist, gender, identity, relationship status, date, time, duration of current conditions, and preferred medium of contact. Optional information may include email, reasons for seeking therapy, medications (if any), and any queries users may have. Professional psychologists meticulously handle all collected data, including the information necessary for contact.

Additionally, we collect users' profile pictures for personalizing their profiles, and this information is securely stored on our server (https://nepcare.org/).

For Personal CRM, a feature aimed at enhancing user experience, we send timely notifications to remind users about medicine intakes. To enable this service, we collect information such as the medicine name, generic medicine name, and the scheduled time for medicine intake (e.g., OD, BD, TDS, QID). Users also have the option to include allergies and genetic diseases to keep track of them.

How We Use Your Information

This Policy does not cover how Mental Health Counselors will use and disclose information obtained through Nepcare.   • In Response to Legal Processes: We may also disclose the information collected from you to comply with the law, a judicial proceeding, court order, or any other legal process, such as responding to a subpoena in accordance with relevant privacy laws.
  • To Safeguard Us and Others: We may also reveal the information collected from you to the extent allowed by law, when we believe it is necessary to investigate, prevent, or take action against illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations posing potential threats to the safety of any person, violations of our Terms of Use or this Policy, or as evidence in litigation involving Nepcare.
